2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Constellation X for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Privacy

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Constellation X or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform.
